Moments in Time – Photo Exhibition by Muhammed Muheisen

For the first time in Serbia, the extraordinary photo exhibition Moments in Time by world-renowned photographer Muhammed Muheisen will be on view. Organized by the International Organization for Migration, Moments in Time will hold its official opening ceremony during a private event on May 19 and will be open to the public from May 20 to May 28 at Silosi, Dunavski kej 46, 11158 Belgrade.

This exhibition brings together photographs taken over nearly two decades—moments of hope, courage, and everyday life among refugees and communities around the world. Through his lens, Muhammed Muheisen focuses on the human stories behind displacement, offering a perspective that is both personal and universal.

National Geographic Live: Beauty Beyond the Frontlines – U.S. Tour 2026

Beauty Beyond the Frontlines, a live presentation by award-winning photographer Muhammed Muheisen, will tour the United States in March and April 2026 in collaboration with National Geographic. Through powerful storytelling and immersive imagery, Muhammed shares personal reflections from over two decades documenting communities affected by conflict and displacement. Tour stops include Fort Myers, FL; West Palm Beach, FL; and Blacksburg, VA.

Xposure International Photography Festival

Muhammed Muheisen was at the 2026 Xposure International Photography Festival in Sharjah, UAE, from 29 Jan – 4 Feb 2026. He conducted workshops and portfolio reviews. More information: Xposure

Photo Exhibition: The Rest of the Story – Istanbul

The photo exhibition The Rest of the Story, by award-winning photographer Muhammed Muheisen, was on display at Rami Library in Istanbul from 8 to 15 November 2025. The exhibition explores human stories through Muheisen’s lens, offering a glimpse into moments in time that often go unseen, presented together with photographer Mehmet Aslan.
